No Tools Needed Snowflake Obsidian Nail Art By Toothpick: Today's nail art video is a black snowflake obsidian nail design using only a toothpick. First step is the base coat, to protect the natural nails from hard discoloration and also giving fixed base to the manicure. Paint your nails black... let them dry. Then take a grey nail polish and try to clean up the brush.. we don't need much polish over it. Start to paint small spots in different sizes. When you finished, wait some minutes... Grab a tootpick and make small white spots in the middle of bigger grey spots. Finish the nail art with top coat, to protect your manicure from peeling, and to keeps your nails shiny and glossy.
